Ascesso del Citelli - diffuso dalle celle pneumatiche dietro la mastoide nella fossa digastrica di Citelli (insieme ventre posteriore del diagnostico) nel triangolo digastrico sulla morfologia della mastoide con la descrizione di una cellula mastoidea postero-superiore che fu poi chiamata o cellula di Citelli" (A proposito di una cellula speciale dell'apofisi mastoide,ibid., XII [1901-02], pp. 77 s.).
